It has a comfortable location just off Traverse City, 3 fast food places and a restaurant, and an Econo Lodge...

This hotel has a fantastic location, and the room was very clean, making it a great choice for travelers about 20 km from the airport.

Very friendly staff, walking distance to several restaurants, best of all free continental breakfast and free high speed internet

Airy rooms with comfortable beds and microwave, as for instance, had a comfortable stay in winter.

The room was pretty spacious and had a nice, airy feel to it, plus the beds were really comfortable. It was also great to have a TV and an iron available. the location is a big plus too, since it’s conveniently close to downtown. 🏨.

It was dirty, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and half of the electrical outlets did not work. Another rooms toilet had flooded into the hallway sometime throughout the night leaving the hall smelling of urine and all the staff did was put up a wet floor sign. Would not recommend staying here!!

Everything was great, had a nice stay for the price. The location was excellent, at a medium distance from Bay Valley Golf Club. The airport was 12 miles away. The rooms were all large and cheap with toiletries and a patio, as example. The staff was very courteous and exceptionally nice throughout our stay.

Some people working there were a little rude.

The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom was horrible especially the bathtub. Didn't take a shower because of how bad the bathtub was.

The bed was super comfy, the room was big and had a cool vintage vibe with a cozy terrace, a coffee nook, and a nice sitting area. the location was great, within walking distance to everywhere. 🌟

We really had a great time here, as it was quite clean and conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Enjoyable stay, clean environment, great downtown location.

Everything had a general odor of mildew because it's in a fairly advance state of dilapidation. All the available a/c units are beyond repair. Rugs in the halls and rooms are dirty and threadbare, plumbing fixtures are outdated and leaking. The pool is closed, and doesn't seem to have been in operation for years based on the weeds thriving in the protective cover. Other than flimsy bar preventing the opening of the sliding glass door, there was no lock from the room to the outside.

The hotel was absolutely great, we liked our stay here. the rooms were airy and felt like home with amenities like a microwave, a pull-out couch, and a private jacuzzi. - the location of the hotel is marvelous. - the staff was consistently courteous and incredibly nice, which was a definite plus.
